A
University of the West Indies Alumnus, he studied Civil Engineering
at the St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad. Before establishing M &
M Jamaica Limited in 1993, he was a co-founder of M&M Engineers
Limited and Mouldon Associates Limited, Civil Engineering Consultants.
Mr. Mullings is also a President of the Portmore Kiwanis Club, past
President of the Incorporated Masterbuliders Association of Jamaica,
Board Member of Seacastles Investment Limited, the Advisory Board,
National Works Agency, Kiwanis Foundation of Jamaica and Chairman
of Chance Fund for Education and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Mullings is also a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers;
as a registered Professional Engineer he serves as Chairman of the
Portmore H.E.A.RT. Academy (for building skills).
